You really shouldn't inhale. Not to mention the fact that cigars contain FAR more nicotine, you smoke a real true cigar to enjoy the flavor of good natural top quality tobacco. If inhaled, it will burn, allow more harmful nicotine into your body and could prevent you from enjoying the natural flavor premium cigars offer. I don't consider flavored cigars to be any where near the same league as a good premium cigar like a Padron 1964 or an Alec Bradley Prensado. Give a "REAL" cigar a try.....

With cigars like this, inhaling/not isn't a really big deal. With more quality cigars though, you never wanna inhale. You get roughly the same amount of nicotine as you would through most other products of the tobacco nature. I mean, i, personally, get more of a buzz not inhaling a really good cigar than I do inhaling cigarettes. Inhaling quality cigars can also make you pretty damn sick.
