this is a hard one..... i have the droid, i had windows mobile.... i like both alot.... big screen....keyboard..... processor.....camera......OMG its too hard to choose which one is better..... i like android better..... if they make a hd3.... with a keyboard, and android2.3 or 3.0.... imma buy it.....

windows phone 7 wont work on the hd2 because windows phone 7 requires only three physical keys down on the bottom of the device.

HD2 is really nice but windows mobile, killed it. micro soft is puting their money into their OS for their Kin phones witch still are glichy same goes for Danger OS for sidekicks, another glichy mincrosoft os.. android is the way to go for OS's nowaday, simple and powerful

i have the htc hd2 and its awesome. lots of tweaks and customizations, download 3rd party apps straight from browser, and flash support! the only thing that i dont like is the music player. i've had lots of trouble with it mainly because if you have lots of mp3 files on your sd card, it takes a long time for it to load for me. sometimes it would give me an error and wouldn't play the music at all. thats where my other iphone 3gs beats it at. entertainment and multimedia is best on iphone

On xda-developers there is a port on android for htc hd2,of course it has it's problems but they will be solved,so on htc hd2 you can have both winmo and android(eclair)

I have been using the T-Mobile Sidekicks since 2007, and I think it's time for me to change that and get a up to date phone LOL. I've been contemplating on these two phones, I was leaning more towards the Droid, but I'm not so sure now. The only question I have is with the computer sync with the HTC... I have a macbook, so if I wanted to add music, etc to it (I don't have windows media player) would it still sync? and can you download different browsers on the HTC?

Customers are severely limited under your guy's contract, we can't change are plan to a lesser plan or else we pay a higher fee than the phone for $200- $300! etc. plus you guys don't run a very good company. Some people never get their rebates, or phones and you guys charge them for that too. Hell Inphonic your company associated has such a bad reputation, didn't they go bankrupt. FORGET IT i rather pay the extra cash.

Yes, android is faster and more stable than winmo, but when it comes to useful productivity apps and games(emulators and ports for PC games), winmo will win (for now at least) because the OS is more mature . Most of the apps in the Android Market are soundboards, cheap (as in bad) puzzle games, only a handfull of useful apps and fun games. I know that because i have an android device and i'm kinda frustrated with the potential of the device and the support it has

That's because the idiots who do Droid videos on YT leave them stock. Most people customize their Droids and with it's amazing screen, they look gorgeous (custom wallpapers, widgets, icons, notification bars, etc). The phone itself is like a brick though.
