Good job on the bike. Reminds me of the M2. I think the Baccetta Carbon is probably faster but costs over $4000. I also don't like the top bar because I think it is dangerous, but if it works for you, GO FOR IT!
this was my 1st real attempt at riding the bike! 6 months later I'm much faster and I also probably look more relaxed ;-)
The 61T chainring is sufficient for sprinting at 60km/h (thanks to short cranks) and the rear 650 wheel not only looks better but keeps me reclined in a more aerodynamic position than a 700 wheel would.
Very interesting video! I'd really like to check the Speculoos out further. Is there a website for this builder available. I've looked at many recumbents, but this is probably the one for me!
looks like speed potential not quite up to snuff. Not a big enough chainring on what looks to be a 20" front drive wheel. Rear wheel with 700c would be faster.
S'agit-il du premier essai du Speculoos de Marc Lesourd ? Belle vidéo en tout cas même si l'Isère, c'est un peu gris l'hiver... Le début est touchant mais ensuite, quel plaisir de maîtriser un tel engin !
Weird design. They could have made it without that akward tube that runs over the top. Can only dismount this bike on one side. Nice Front wheel drive, nice, but the bottom bracket seems too low. There are better lowracers out there.
I like the way the riders weight hangs from the frame offering a good center of gravity. That top bar could support a semi-ridgid body piece which could make it, along with narrower handlebars for a slimmer profile, quiet a good bike for pure straight-line speed.

Amazing video but a little dangerous. I saw that guy on a biker site called bikermingle. com before. Seems he also love motorcycle.

don't insult Pink Floyd's music with a shitty recumbent. Try Bacchetta!! They are Pink Floyd worthy!

I like the Pink Floyd soundtrack, brings back great 1970,s memories, and having 4 recumbents, ( one frt wheel driveCruzbike,)
I enjoyed your ride in the forest, great video!

True, look at the Dutch lowracers in particular :D

I wonder what it is and where it's from?
