Just as in the right hand tutorial, the difficult chord at bar 13 lacks the E5. Also makes this a lot easier to play...

Hi! Thanks for your comment. I'll upload Prelude op.28-4 for you soon. I wonder why you choose No.4 such a minor song. My favorite is No.9.

op.28-4 is my all time favourite from Chopin!!! it's maybe not difficult in level, but it's a wonderful song! did you see the movie "the notebook". they play it in there, too.
