The Moscow-City complex is not vulgar (yet faceless though) like some chinese complexes. To build the tallest skyscraper is too pretencious, besides we don't need it. I think it's going to be just modest yet nice place, while to me NY still has the most beautiful skyscrapers in the world and it's not about the height, it's about the taste, tradition and beautiful mixture of different styles and natural way of longly lasted development of city.
