Yeh I noticed it on the museum as well, I went to go cap him in the face for what he done and then realised he had a magnum pointed at the ground and one in his holder, I looked to the other side and noticed he has two holders, which makes me wonder, if he has 2 magnums and you kick one away at the ending why didn't he just grab the other? I was thinking maybe it fell out in the crash or something =/

this video actually clears up the whole Roachs nationality thing to if you look at his arm when Ghost is helping him to the heli there's a Union Jack flag on his right arm meaning hes British probably former SAS before he joined the 141 .

Roach actually doesn't have a caharcter head because of clipping for the camera, bu also because of the rule. TF141's operation, the one that resulted in Soap and Price's "defection" lasted 8 days.

A Roach can survive 8 days without its head.

Roach has no head because you don't see his face in MW2 so there's no point for them to make one, it would probably block the players view anyway. As for the 4 arms, that's what happens when you play with radiation.

@ThEZuKane Not really, Roach is meant to be a higher member of command with soap as his mentor, in a similar relationship to Price and Soap. Also, Roach is meant to be considered a talented or rookie member of the team, which is why he is usually assigned special roles, or accompanying officers such as Soap and Price alone. I can just feel the sorrow in Soaps voice when he calls for him with no response and just the personal grit when he sighs " Shepard betrayed us..."

@legokid1593 The developers just used the character model from Contingency for Roach in Loose Ends, just to save memory and time on making a new character model. The snow camo arms are in front in Contingency, and the grey sleeved arms are in front in Loose Ends.
