There's loads of passionate Potter fans who'll be up for going to London to see the sets such as myself. Not everyone can afford to jet over to Florida to see something which was homegrown here anyway. I think this will make a Potter experience more available to fans who live in the UK, again, such as myself. VERY EXCITED. Harry Potter is after all...British.

There's already Warner Bros. Movie World on the Gold Coast, Australia, they've shot a lot of movies there too - it's been there since 1991 both as a theme pack and as a movie studio. I'm sure this one in the UK will be just as popular if not more...

i live like 1km away from it. at the moment its looking hideous, they're tearing down the main building and erecting what i can only describe as two plane hangerd. i'm optimistic that it will look good in the end though. also hoping to maybe get a good job there. warner brothers have already pumped some money into local transport, so they're already helping the local economy

I think the studio tour will go well. If I lived in London or at least was able to visit, then the studio tour would be on my list of places to go. I don't think it will do exceptionally well, but I do think that it will do 'well'. Although the super Harry Potter fans will probably give it a lot of business. Why wouldn't you want to see/be on the set of your favorite movie?

this is very interesting, due to all the fanbase from Europe that the HP franchise has. Also, I'd very much like that hollywood doesn't get saturated with so many attractions. It is better to spread them, to see every attraction is good excuse to travel abroad

Leavesden is miles away from any where i used to have my flying lessons there even the train line is miles away that's one of he reasons the HP cast had an easy time you would have to be hard core to stand out side those gates in the rain for an autograph

I don't really think that hollywood is sinking just because Warner Brothers purchased this studio in England. American filmmakers have been filming many great films there for years. George Lucas, Stephen Spielburg, and Jim Henson, to name a few, have filmed large portions if not the entire picture in England. I think "Tinsel Town" will be just fine.

Universal has an hugh advantage in that while in Orlando, a family can go to the Universal park, Sea World, and the Disney parks and spend 2 weeks and not do anything twice. In London, you get a 3 hour walking tour. Sure London's got lots of things working for it, but its hard to compete with Orlando as a family resort. Coupled with the fact that about any Europe vacation is very expensive gives Orlando a leg up for the US visitor.

People will go there but it won't be as popular as the Orlando one. Pretty much because it's near all the other attractions of Orlando, Florida. Actually even if it was in Orlando it's a 3 hour tour compared to a whole day theme park.

I live next door to the studios and it will do good business in the future. They have nearly built new studios and i believe there is a film project happening in the summer there. Warners will be putting alot of money into productions because Pinewood Studios have recently announced they will put money into Indie films
