This movie was a huge part of my childhood, and every time I watch it it's such a nostalgia trip. Even to this day I still love the soundtrack (and it's a pity they never released any of it on CD). Thanks for reviewing it!

Love the ending XD Though I do partially wish you added the queen's line "I think, on the hole... I prefer the bagpipes." But still awesome!

And agreed, the scores are indeed absolutely breathtaking. I can't believe the composer comes from Herman's Hermits (Malcolm Rowe). I wish so badly they would release the music on CD.

(laugh) Glad to know I'm not the only person who enjoys Asterix and Obelix (and I am American). I have "Asterix and the Vikings" on DVD and it's magnificent. In fact, I'd request this one for you to watch. You might enjoy it, I know I did !
