No this is just a one off skating special. We get quite a few of these in the U.S every skating season. usually they're hosted by a big name skater. Like this one Brian Boitano skating spectecular and Kristi Yamaguchi has one called Kristi Yamaguchi and friends. They usually feature a musical artist. And some specials are dedicated to a musical artist. Like last year they had one where skaters performed while Seal sang.

Sasha Cohen was one of the last great figure skaters! Even today, with only single triples, she is better than any us skater out there right now.
