ok,, i have the moto droid but i cannot program the hero buttons on the bottom,, the left button gives me phone but the right gives me a shortcut to add widget, app, etc..... Please provide the sequence to change this bottom right button,, it says in the app that droid of GDE when going the button customization that version 2 theme cannot be customized? Any help on this appreciated!! Thanks,.. also how do i add icons in the dockbar? Sorry to sound like a DA

Sorry if I sound a bit uneducated about this OS because I've never used it, but is it possible to make the home screen look more like this with big clock and Menu bar at the bottom and all those other things you see on some other Android phones or is it just the way it comes from the manufacturer?

@BMXtothemax2 they are all done with widgets.... so yes you can pretty much set it up anyway you like.

the dock widgets is built into GDE. Download GDE and long press on your screen, choose widgets, and select application dock

@msblueline You can try refreshing your weather or check the settings in BW to make sure it is set to your area other than that IDK??

After the theme is downloaded, press your menu button and choose control panel. Then choose Personalize and Appearance. And select the "change the graphical theme" I have uploaded a new video that shows how to do this....it is currently processing. Subscribe to my channel and check back a little later :)

just so that y'all know, the contacts and phone buttons at the bottom of the screen, show you exactly the same thing: dial pad, call log, contacts and favorites. so if you want to put anything else in there you'll be fine with only one of those buttons i mentioned.

@Myfj. Just download slacker and Pandora. Long press on tour home screen and choose Widgets. The Pandora. And slacker Widgets will be in there.

Download GDE from the android market, download GDE hero theme from the market, and for the clock/weather download weather widget - donate. As for performance it runs great. Although some Widgets do cause force closes every now and then. But with what I have it runs perfect.

@polorsport Just down load GDE from the android market. I have not had any performance side effects other than a few force closes.
