This song is great i abosoulutely love it... in the 50s and 60s there was so much great music music today has no meaning or feeling in it and this is comming from a 16yr old who hates nowdays music .. the 50s and 60s is where its at !!
This would be a great song too reflec back on if one were to give 10 examples of some good ol' r&r from this era. It's a one hit wonder for this artist I believe. Other examples from '58 would have to be Gingerbread by Frankie Avalon & The Purple People Eater, oh what about Kookie by Ed Byrns hey! Elvis... he spanned the doowop era with many a song but perhaps his Teddy Bear would fit in nicely with the class of '56. It's 4 am & I feel like hittting the sack again & Thx4 a ex. postin'!
I absolutely love this song.. Heard it for the first time this summer! I thought it was one of the best songs ever! Normally I only like 80s music, but this is great!
Love it! I had a sister who was 11 years older than me so these records were what I heard when I was real little...I was 4 when this was released. Thanks for sharing it!
This is a nice peppy song. Bobby Hendrix had previously sung lead for a short time with the original Drifters. He sung lead on "Drip Drop" while he was with the Drifters. He does sound a little like Clyde McPhatter, the Drifters original lead singer.
Great=D keep it up=P i wish i could live in the 50- 60's...must have been very good times, EVERYTHING was much better then:) why cant it be like that today? the music and the cars espesially..the invironment.,.
Hey they were great years. Some problems though. Music sound systems weren't good until the late 60's. Good Cassette decks not invented yet either If you had kidneystones, they had to cut them out by surgery. Today they just blast them Aside from that, YEAH!! People had more fun, and no drive by shootings, or drugs
For my dance recital, we're doing the cutest couple's dance to this song. :)

Flux capacitor: I have 2 of 'em for sale. Send me $10 to handle shipping and other related costs; and I will send it to you for FREE

Yeah, but I need a Mr. Fusion before I can get back to 1962 with it!

The photo was taken at a classic car show a few years back. Sorry about that, I overlooked the background.

Haven't heard this one in a couple of decades. I was in grade school when this one was released. There has to be a rock and roll heaven.
