  • I do the pre-surf routine from the first Yoga for Surfers every morning when I wake up and it has improved my flexibility immensely.

    That initial routine is only 9 mins but got me hooked. I find myself doing yoga poses throughout the day and they are like energy boosts.

    Looking forward to watching this more hardcore version. Great stuff!

  • Nice Thanks, I try yoga and stretching quite a bit, there is no question that it helps my surfing and stress levels in my life. I don't like to do it before I go out though, mostly at night at the end of my day regardless if i surfed or not. Nice post. Thanks Tom.
