  • great sound!

  • Very nice. Tracy is ever the cute Brit.

  • Wow...I remember seeing them and how great they were and so much fun. Too bad this performance is so BLATANTLY LIP-SYNCHED. Tracy is all over the the mike w/no sound fluctuation, most of the background vocals just seem to "appear" w/noone singing them, etc. What a shame. They are great performers - should've been given a chance to show it.

  • Good Times. Great band! Never to be repeated.

  • started off as punk band about 82ish!! quality!

  • So clear music. Clear sounds of guitars and voice. Beautiful melodie, it's a training of good feelings during the listening. And Tracy is wonderful as well...

  • They were part of the "Blonde Brigade" in the late 80's to early 90's that included Transvision Vamp and Darling Buds with obvious Blondie/Debbie harry influences. I think the Primitives were the most talented of the bunch and Tracy is very pretty and cute!

  • their best but i've only heard crash, sick of it and this.

  • Try and hear 'Through The Flowers' on the 'Lovely' album - it's fabulous!

  • I saw them at The Roxy in L.A. and they were spot on. The drummer was a big hitter & the guitarist recreated the records perfecty with a huge collection of floor boxes. I'm still amazed at how little interest there was in this band. This LP stands up to anything...

  • love this song its great but so are they all

  • I Love this video and The Primitives ,what else can i say guys...

  • I've always liked this song, but the chord progression always reminded me of the 1967 classic "Here Comes My Baby" by the Tremeloes.

  • Tracy Catell is so cute. If there were any justice the Prims would have been huge and Paul Court (guitarist) recognised as one of the greatest pop songwriters.

  • Tracy Tracy or Wendy James? mmmmmmmm i gotta go for wendy.

  • Yeah But what a tough choice!

    ;-)

  • The Primitives were the most under-rated band of the 80's. Lovely is one of that decade's best albums, but it's now sadly deleted. They were too indie for the mainstream, and the dour indie boys were all sniffy about them because they got in the charts and went on Wogan. And had tunes. This (fantastic) song was where it all went wrong. I still remember the shock I felt when it stiffed in the charts. And Tracy was/is such a goddess!

  • Beautiful Song! Evergreen Pop Music at it's best! Tracy is dynamite! Thanks for the share...:-)

  • LOve this song - thanks for posting it!

  • great song never get sick of it

  • she is performing so obviously un-live that it don't care because she is acting so nice. They are great and she is beautiful and much talented.

  • wonderful 80's pop & still very enjoyable today. Every single was perfect.

Where is that taken from ?

  • Pity they got stuck lip-synching.

  • I agree-fantastic pop song, and Tracy had a unique voice. If only more bands had their way with melody.

  • wow im the 1st topost? loved this song in two seconds back in 88... an almost perfect blend of everything that makes a song great and 4evr listenable.
