  • thx for the suggestion

  • Detailed how to fight speeding ticket here at noticket4me.blogspot.com

  • Don't waist your time. 99% of all tickets result in conviction. It is all about money. The Judges allways side with the Police!

  • @airlift123 NOT me buster! I'm now 8 for 8! (not all of them are my tickets, I've helped others beat their tickets too) It's really simple.

  • Hey I just got back from my court date and I used your info and the judge was impressed so much she lowered the fine. I was still found guilty but the officer was going nuts with my questions. The judge loved me. I got off on the big ticket but I lost on the lower ticket.. The judge made my ticket equal 126.50 without paying court costs. Thanks for helping me out this is some very helpful information. I feel this is a victory in my book. I stumbled on my defense and lost I was nervous lol.

  • This is great info Thank You officer well ex Officer lol.

Could you tell me how would I obtain a officers training record.

  • Hi, is it possible in california to ask for a support deposition and have your ticket dismissed if the officer that pulled you over does not supply one by court date? If yes, how would I ask for a support deposition?

  • I would also recommend saying something after you are ticketed along the lines of "I don't believe that I was speeding, but you can't fight something like this so I guess I'll have to pay the fine." This causes the officer to "clear his memory." If you say things like "I'll fight this to the hilt!" then he is going to make all kinds of notes for court. If he thinks that you are just going to plead guilty, he'll forget about it and it'll just be another traffic stop.

  • @bart40330 That's a really good tool, but you have to be very careful how you say it, because "Anything you say can and will be used against you in court". If you say "I'll pay the fine" or anything similar, you are basically incriminating yourself.

  • Did you try fighting this under common law jurisdiction?
