Is it normally ths crazy?

I was understood (from a 2012 CMA Fest website) that there are booths that the stars go in and people queued to see the stars? It makes it sound more like an orderly thing rather than this bedlam! Also, it says "photo opportunity" with your favourite starts, which implies that you can have a photo with your favourite star. In this video - no photos with anyone, as it's just rush rush rush to get as many auto's signed as possible..

Does anyone have any info?

Get help, get a job and if you hate Taylor Swift as much as you obviously seem to, why bother hunting down her videos and wasting time commenting?

You know, I would never do this... One) I hate people in crowds and two) I like the whole waiting in line autograph session thing. That way, everyone gets a turn and you get one on one time, pictures, personal (non rushed) autographs, and no pushing!

@taylorfan1214 There is no guarantee that you will meet any artist at CMA Fest if you buy the ticket, but you will lots of opportunities to get a chance to meet your favorite artists. Taylor will probably do another signing next year but there is no way of knowing right now how it will work. You may have to win a lottery, or stand in line. Either way you should know there will be many others trying to meet her as well.

i was there and i didnt have tickets so i didnt get to meet her:( there was a little girl in front of me and she was crying her eyes out because she didnt get 2 c her. It made me cry.

@jjlovesdani If you buy a 4 day CMA Fest pass you can get into the Convention Center to meet the artists. However, you have to line up to get tickets to meet the individual artists you want to see. A lot of people start lining up to meet Taylor like the night before she signs, which is crazy. If you are lucky enough to get a ticket then you are guaranteed to meet her.

Most people would say it's not the same as her actually signing something personally to you and getting the chance to meet her in person. Besides, you have to be careful...many autographs on ebay are fake.

Taylor doesn't have a fan club. You have to have a 4 day CMA Fest pass to get into the convention center and you have to be willing to wait in a long line to meet her. Most people started lining up outside around 3pm the day BEFORE Taylor was signing and stayed all night in order to get a ticket. This is why I didn't get to meet her. You can stand around and get pretty close to take pics and stuff though. They make announcements as to who is signing there when the date gets closer. Good luck!

I met Carrie Underwood at the convention center. I went there at 8am the day of and I just got lucky. A lot of people camped out the night before to get a ticket. I met her at the Opry booth that day. Martina McBride didn't sign this year, although her fan club did have a booth where you could buy merchandise.

They passed out 400 tickets for Carrie and she signed for 4 hours straight. So I assume they pass out about 100 tickets an hour...same thing with Taylor I think because she signed for 5 hours and they gave out 500 tickets.
