When I bought my AmSpec Strat I thought I was supporting American labor. The funny thing is that shortly after I ordered it I checked out a different factory tour video - and guess what? You see a bunch of Mexicans working in the US factory too. Some of them are probably illegal or over here on a work visa to send the majority of their money back home. So much for supporting American labor. On the plus side they do quality work - only difference between MIA and MIM is quality control and resale.

1) That's not Broderick's guitar. Its just a customshop soloist that was at a NAMM show a few years ago.

2) That's not Scott Ian's guitar. It's just a soloist with a trans-natural finish.

Not a HUGE fan of Fender but I do like them. I guess its the pick guard area that i dont like beacuse they sound awesome, just not a fan of the look. Crazy and almost unamerican i know lol. Would be awesome to go on one of those tours at a bunch of different factories, especially if you could watch them make custom models. Thanks for all the work you guys put in. Thumbs up!
