  • I remember being so scared that day. We had to sign in at the first SGt desk and got racked from the word go. I dont remember it looking like Dog Day. way to calm

  • i leave for matriculation day at the citadel tomorrow. nervous as can be but excited at the same time. may god have mercy on my soul...

  • Yeah, i hadn't ever been "fuck"-ed at so much in my whole life. This is a buncha good PR crap

  • i'm in the class of 2014, and trust me, they just put on a show for the camera, trying to make it seem nicer for the parents or something. i got my ass racked the second i walked into battalion.

  • Anyone who puts down the class of '14, is an asshole. I am the class of '87, and there is no way you can put these people down. The Citadel tradition is strong and proud. Look at what they're going through.

  • You guys look sparkly clean, literally.

  • that wasn't how my class reported. why is there silence in battalion?

  • what a joke is right, i would say leave my school, but looks like its no longer my school, all i have to say is "not a dime"

  • What a joke! Broke "records" in females, minorities and other UNQUALIFIED aspects! I DO NOT wear the ring! What a SHAM!

  • This school is a joke now.

  • Why not grill hamburgers and hot dogs on the Parade Ground as the freshman report? Maybe some balloons around the sign in desk? I realize that some compromises have to be made, but you are reporting to a military college, not a summer day camp. My only hope is that this video represents typical Citadel propaganda and thus has no basis in reality. If this is what The Citadel has become, just change the name to USC-Charleston and be done with it.

  • @1982elcid unfortunately this video is no joke, new business as usual

  • 2:46 hi mom
