Soy maestro de español y en muchas de mis lecciones hablo de la comida de México y a veces les doy a probar un poco de cuando cocino algo típico(salsas, tortillas, mole, flautas, machacado con huevo, guacamole, etc...)

Sonora: cow's meat, orange & tortilla de harina
Oaxaca: mole, fish, nopales
DF: cow's meat & diferent kinds of tortilla of corn
Guadalajara: Tortas ahogadas
Monterrey: Cabrito
Have you tried capirotada, coyotas, menudo, pozole?

fresh orange rice, beans from la holla (takes 3-4hrs to make) salsa made with a molkagete, tortillas made from corn (actuall corn!)

I loved this video,and i also love mexican,living in england i dont get to experience proper mexican food,but when i have any type i really enjoy it,and he is so right about the lovely colours of their food! so vibrant and full of life,just like the taste
