They (Apple) didn't include the iTunes CD cause they had made a smaller box and did not have enough room for it. The instructions are, you have to download the software from the internet.
nice! and iit comes in a neat box. this ipod is way better than the old nanos, it is made from the same material as the mini so it wont get scratched easily
