Like Andyhinds, my reaction to this video was WOW! What a great video and, from what I could see, a great model. Do you have any still photos, or off-board videos? I am going to see the real thing (XH558) at Dunsfold in a couple of days time, and this really whetted my appetite. Well done! I agree, 5 stars is not enough.
Wow that's great footage!,I've seen this model flying a couple of times and it is really impressive but the one thing that lets it down is that the camouflage markings and roundels need sorting out,the tail fin just does not look right at all!Did the builder of it not have any photographs to work from at the time??
As far as I am aware, this Vulcan bomber was modelled of an Airfix kit many years ago, and the camouflage and marking has been copy from XH558 even down to the reg.
Not sure there is a vid of how it was made, but I can tell you that the video you watched was done with two onboard flycams designed to fit models with pretty good quality output I think you will agree, sorry I couldn't get the landing the cameras had stop working buy the time it had landed.
I am hoping I will get a chance to video the Vulcan again but this time have onboard cameras and also video it from the ground.
Even as a flying model, the Vulcan is a model beauty !! Thanks for sharing this unique in-flight sequence. Bring on Delta Lady XH558 - she is real, and now where she belongs - to us and in the Sky. Regards, KPMVulcansRule
