watching you play the entire game all the way through without dying was way more satisfying than watching the movie =)

as for the direction the franchise seems to be heading with Max Payne 3, i do agree that their changes are a bit drastic. but that's probably just because we're all used to the dark, grimness of NYC. but i think a change of scenery could be a very interesting new chapter in Max's adventures. i'm eagerly looking forward to MP3.

Hmm, I HAVE PLAYED Max Payne many times, I'm not an idiot who doesn't know anything and writes.

Fugitive and Hard-boiled, they're both easy, but Dead on Arrival is THE HELL. And that's only my opinion, of course.

BUT Tom15 is a good player and I don't disclaim it. And I respect that he played Max Payne 2 on Dead on Arrival.

You shoot out the things holding the 2 cables, which hold the tower. Once all cables are snapped, you fire a few shots at the tower. I usually switch to the M79 and shoot an explosive to the tower.

do not fire at the helicopter .......fire at the ropes which support the tower with a sniper rifle....the tower will fall on the helicopter ....

you have 2 fire at to ropes before the helicopter takes off....

probably my all time favorite game. graphics were amazing for it's day. story is one of the best in a shooter ever and the whole noir thing just sets up the mood soo damn good. hopefully the 3rd game wont be shit but it probably wont be as good as the 1st and 2nd game. just hope they dont murder the franchise like the movie almost did :P

I agree hope Rockstar doesn't slaughter the franchise. I have a strong feeling that they will more so than the movie did. A bald max who dresses like John McClain, looks like Sam Fisher, doesn't have the voice of Jame's McCaffrey and is for some reason in Sao Paul sounds worse than the movie. Oh and Sam Lake isn't penning the script some other douche is.

Total playing was about 4 hours 30 minutes. The poo of a movie was 100 minutes. So IF this game as we see it here was re-made as a John Woo movie, you could shave off a lot of un-necessary time spent looking for tablets ect. And the story board sequences could be spoken in less time it takes to load and read, and in a movie of liner set pieces like here you could do them in less time, as you would have no pausing. But itd still need a movie run time a little under the Lord of the Rings time.
