Sure, the one kid might have made a tackle by diving. But I'm guessing it is not a technique he has learned or at least become comfortable with.
Wow great play! Just goes to show as a defensive player you should never give up....even when you are backed up against your own end zone! Kudos to your son on a great play!
same thing happened to us once (on my JH team) except we intercepted it at the 1 yard line and ran it back......but that was an awesome run
