    Love your vids.

  • Great stuff...will give it a try asap!!!

  • Hey Dan, Liked the video you sent because I'm an email subscriber. Red apron cool! Great juice.

  • made this salad today omg its going to def be a regular for me thanks Dan your amazing xx

  • Dan, it would be a very good idea to have you show us from the start what you do with your sprout. Now tell us when the sprouts are all done do you store them in the refrigerator and how long can you store them. Be technical, now Dan and tell and show us - please. Thank you so much. Lots of love your way baby :) xx

  • Come to Australia Dan! Would be awesome to have some workshops here on what you do in the land of Oz xx

  • Never thought of making a salad of sprouts...Sounds wonderful! Thanks Dan!

  • @downtheshiter man i bet you eat shit cause you sure do talk it,," can i eat it?"realy r u serious..

  • great recipe

  • Yes PURPLE onions ... why do so many call them red? Thanks for this wonderful living salad !

Jesus said," I place before you LIFE & death , CHOOSE LIFE" !

  • Go Dan, love sprouts!

  • Dan are you a lefty?

  • Loving the recipe slam

  • Do you recommend the Gardein products?

  • i hate to break it to you, but there's nothing loving about eating things that are or were living -- that's not how life propagates itself. living things kill other living things to survive.

  • has anyone told you that you look like henry ian cusick?

  • great video, Dan.

    healthy, and simple and tasty!

i wanted to ask you why i never see you properly wash your fruits and vegetables.

most time i don't see you wash them at all.

i think this is very important to teach people out here watching your videos.

you never get sick but most of us out here would get sick from forms of bacteria found in unwashed fruits or vegetables touched by many people from the farmers to people in the grocery stores.

    NAMASTE!

    BLESSINGS TO YOU!

  • When you shit is it a vegetable? can i eat it

  • @downtheshiter It's a combination of both fruits and veggies, a smorgasbord really...

  • oh but could you have a typed out recipe on your site? I love your videos but sometimes I don't have 10 minutes to watch the entire video

  • These recipes are really great and I'm really enjoying them. The juicing is really too much for me being so busy with college and work but these simple recipes let me skip the vending machine. Plus I don't have to find some bizarre health food store to make them.

  • I'm slowly starting to realise myself that you are right about this, Dan. I've been very messed up mentally recently, and it made me think of something I read in the comments of another of your videos.

I don't need to change my diet to improve physically even, so much as I need to do it, to improve *mentally.*

  • I could see that wrapped in a lettuce leaf or nori sheet...Yummy either ways.

  • ps: actually was this video about the sprouts brought me to those websites :)

  • off topic:

was reading some of my romanian websites of natural medicine/shops plafar. and believe me i felt so good to read stuff that you encourage yourself and talk about in all of your videos. i find it awesome to read those stuff, to understand them perfectly and see that many many people have the same opinion like you. That's just awesome.

Thank you, Dan for your inspiration and the fact that you share your knowledge to the whole world! Peace! :)

  • Old trainers are perfect for growing sprouts in. One doesn't even have to get involved, just harvest when a new pair is invested.

  • You seem to have some anger or frustration simmering beneath the surface these past few videos, Dan. Maybe it's not what you want to do but I'd like to hear about how you deal with those feelings in the context of being loving.

  • Hi Dan, In the process of watching your videos and loving them. I was wondering if you could make a video on a juice for poor blood circulation in lower legs. This is a problem I've had for many years and would love to heal myself naturally with raw and living foods. Thanks for all the great videos LOVE & PEACE. Can you dig it.... Carla

  • @carlajane68

Get some ginger and/or cayenne on..

  • @sachmofranklin

Thanks for the input will give it a try.

  • @carlajane68 i know the chinese FREQUENTLY used ginger and other "hot" foods (idk what those are) for circulation.

  • wine is the only alcohol that is "alive".

  • back for more? what more,

  • Yo Dan, thanks for another awesome video.. I was thinking about about a cool video that you could make?! A cooooool sprout video where you go into depth about sprouting, different sprouts and sprout equipment and techniques?? I would really benefit from this and I hope some other people would too

    Sprouts ftw!

  • Hi, just wondered do you wash your fruits and veg before you eat? as i've never seen you!

  • Just use both of your hands to mix the avocado dressing with the salad.

Its faster and you get a better result

  • come to Australia, you can stay with me, show me and my friends how to do it life-regenerator style!

  • Yummmmy love it. good on ya mate peace out.

  • Thanks Dan!

Keep being you..... It is great to watch you wrestle with life and reality. You are progressing as a human being, and it is great to see. You try too hard sometimes, but I can see you becoming more willing to just BE.

  • You should remove that 30 banana vid. That durian is tremendously insecure and full of fear. He strings a few sentences together for the sake of cleverness not earnestness. So why respond to a professional game player.

  • @sagegolf The 30 bananas website members LOVE Dan. They quote him and stand by him. They appreciated the 30 bananas video, they are still talking about it!!!

  • BTw

  • I was thinking of you as I read about HOward. You may relate

  • I am going to make this thanks Dan.. P.S. Have you ever thought about doing siminars and talk to rooms full of people and travel doing it... Would be great

  • Great recipe. My grandmother introduced me to mung bean sprouts! They're great!

I would add a tad bit of water to the dressing mix so that it works through the salad a bit easier. :)

  • Manuela is beautiful!!

  • You're a great teacher, Liferegenerator. I can see you being the next Jay Kordich, but in you're own unique way. Just remember..that man drove around the country in a van until he was in his 50's ...i think. Keep spreading the word. You're having a MAJOR effect on people's lives.

  • Looks good man you make those bowls yourself ;D

  • Perfect video Dan. Love, or that which prevents love. Simple and beautiful. BTW, I squeeze an eighth of a lemon or lime in the rinse water each time for the sprouts to prevent fungus.

  • Dan is the man.

  • A fork would work too to mix the dressing. Just sayin. I'm learning ;)

  • Beautiful Dan thank you for making the vid ;)

  • homemade sprouting jar or purchasable dan?

  • @alexflum Any and everything can and is better Homemade :D

  • Awesome. I am gonna start up on the sprouts again i think. They always taste a little bitter when i do them though.

  • Luvn' how ur pumping out all these great videos lately!! I look forward to watching them and so glad when I see you made another :)) woo hoo keep rockn the recipes Dan! Peace ¥

  • delicious, your lady friend is stunning too

  • Dan the man thx for making all this healthy life videos.

  • ty!

  • I want to try some man

  • So simple yet contains life.

  • Where did you get the bowls I can dig that

  • keep rolling dan!!!! ty

  • Wow, Manuela is cute.

  • @blueBlackpurple, yep, Dan's like a magnet for pretty women. I'd say Dan is not as guilty as others (or not guilty at all) but my biggest disappoint with the raw food and vegan community is their sense of elitism or separatism. We're all in this world together and if you're claiming to be about love, love everyone, not just the people who eat the same way you do. I see videos of these retreats and wonder where are all the average people? I get the feeling we'd be snubbed (again not by Dan).

  • @showmetexas It's not all about love. Love is merely the opposite extreme of hate. Both aspects in their pure states are extremes. And any purely extreme behavior will cause imbalance. The key is balance, the middle way, where both aspects manifest to serve the greater purpose.

Separation and division are key factors in the process of evolution. If you cells didn't divide when you were embryonic, you wouldn't exist at all. It's not personal. You can always transcend your ego. :)

  • @thinkofwhy, you're so caught up in your higher intellect and spiritual plane of existence that you apparently missed my point, but thanks for explaining love to me. One minute with the raw new age spiritualists everything is one and the next minute we need to divide. I just don't seem to have the intellect to understand all this ying/yang mumbo jumbo. If anyone needs to transcend ego, it's you :P I was simply pointing out the shallow nature of some of these sects. - not pointing at Dan.

  • @showmetexas What did you perceive as an expression of egocentricity? The only personal pronoun used was the word 'you'. Perhaps you were projecting your underlying hatred, or your intellectual insecurity? Projecting emotional qualities onto what others express is a common psychological phenomenon.

  • @thinkofwhy, Your ability to work around the use of "I" surely means you don't have an ego. You've been reading to many psychology books. Try a little common sense and open your own mind rather than relying on what others believe to be truth. Intellectual insecurity? LOL that's a good one. Hatred? Hmmm... well I surely speak my mind and I am opinionated. Give a kid a class in pysch 101 and suddenly he sees the world with an understanding nobody else is capable of. Under age 28?

  • @showmetexas Did you notice that you completely avoided answering my first question. Can you answer it?

  • @thinkofwhy, to answer your question: I was stating that I'd like to see the raw food community open their hearts, gatherings, etc. to anyone wanting to be a healthier and happier person and wanting to share with and love others. I'm weary of hearing 100% raw, vegan, raw for 10 years (so what). You ignored that point and felt the need to explain something to me that, in my opinion, is common sense. I understand reality, balance, moderation, yin yang, good & evil and reproduction.

  • @showmetexas Never mind.

  • @showmetexas Vegans are superior, today I saw a video that made me understand why they deserve to be viewed as superior it is hard to quit eating meat because it does taste good and most have been eating it for half they're lives before they realize its wrong, we are not monkeys so we have no excuse. I guess you need to ask yourself would you love a murderer or a psychopath because you would have to be crazy to work at some of these processing plants.

  • @SkepsisDub, thank you for demonstrating the lack of intelligence and humanity in the vegan community. You're about a step away from being a terrorist. I think the drugs fried whatever brain you may have been born with.

  • @showmetexas Theres some effed up stuff going down and I can barely watch the video. It would seriously frak up anyone with a decent moral code. Google meatvideo if you want to get brain raped.

  • @SkepsisDub, man I agree. It's awful the way they kill the cows, especially years ago. It's terrible the antibiotics, growth hormones, what they feed the animals, how they are kept, etc. etc. I agree. I've seen videos on it and it disgusts me. Do you ever watch videos on trashed computers, or plastic in our environment or how forests are raped to build your house? Resource excavation? Toxic waste from the byproducts of producing any conveniences you use daily? Far greater sin to life.

  • @showmetexas It's not moderation we need. And the fact that these "sins" exist does not negate the value of being vegan (meat production probably is the dirtiest industry around). We need to be extremists towards what is One, what is the future of humanity and what is going to carry us through these next generations. Pivotal times these are. A move to a local economy will necessarily include things like the paleo/raw vegan diet in conjunction to sustain a measure of population.

  • @Nyder Permaculture will become the mainstream culture. Health will be a byproduct of local sustainable food production. Learning how to work together as a local community to allow all human life to thrive is the ultimate goal. Truly one.

Thus love becomes ever more necessary. Reaching out to those seeking to be healthy... I agree with this. Reaching out to everybody with the single message of "this modern world bubble is about to burst, get ready and come together or die as a scavenger".

  • @Nyder We need hippies to guide us spiritually. Communists to help organize. Insurrectionary anarchists as the vanguard. All left-wing minded groups need to realize that all theory is bunk and the reality of self-sustained living and cooperation is all that matters. Come together as one with the goal of reverting to simple ways while using technology to enhance and optimize nature in a clean, communal fashion as opposed to altering it for profit and selling it in mass.

  • @Nyder, commercial anything causes damage to life & the environment. Eating meat is not the problem. It's the commercialization of eating meat that is not local. You're right we need more local support. There probably isn't a true farm within 100 miles of where I live. Big business put the farmers in the US out of business. Of course there is value in being vegan. There is value in not buying anything that has non-biodegradable parts or packaging (no plastic). Don't be a hypocrite.

  • @showmetexas Yeah, there's value in that. It's not hypocritical to take on one and not the other, it's being realistic. It's hypocritical to be for one and against the other. People get caught up in this lifestylism and lose sight of realistic political goals. Do the things you need to do to protect yourself from this system, that's all you can do at this point. Statements have gotten stale. I come from a place of realism. No gods, no morals, just the will for a better tomorrow.

  • @Nyder The big picture, not this endless effort to be seen as "real" by the cool kids who get obsessed with the small details of living outside the system rather than trying to keep as much power as possible in order to effectively change the system. So I guess the point I'm making is the same one you made initially. "You can't be an anarchist cause you have stuff capitalists made! Herp derp der!" I say--nice American flag, made in China? I need stuff to function, they don't need that flag.

  • @Nyder We can all eat veggies, fruits, nuts, and seeds live in a hut and never buy a damn thing ever. But we'll never be anything more than a group of "weirdos" who other people see as self-sacrificing. I think the real key is when you can honestly say that I do all these things because it's in my best interest (diet, for example), and the reason I know this is in my best interest is because of this larger truth that I understand. This larger economic/sociological/political situation we're in.

  • @Nyder, the problem with you is your ego though. Whatever you think you need is okay to have Whatever you think you can give up, others should give up too. I have opinions of course but at the same time I live and let live because I know I'm not perfect and neither are you. We're all doing the best we can with what we have, but we all have different views and give or sacrifice in different areas. How can you change the world when you're not even willing to change yourself?

  • @showmetexas Umm, I think my point is that it's impossible to live up to an ideal when society at large is doing the complete opposite. Therefore, we should make lifestyle decisions (whatever they may be) that promote our world-view while simultaneously seeking to find a way to function in society. They're not mutually exclusive. It's kind of like how Thomas Jefferson owned slaves. He was against it, but if he didn't, they would've been someone else's slave who didn't care for human rights.

  • @Nyder, I didn't mean to imply that you personally were hypocritical. Just many vegans are. You and I may be on the same page. It's great to want to reduce your thumbprint on the environment and other life but we should not judge those that may not be doing things exactly the same. It's like the bible saying he who is without sin cast the first stone and nobody could cast a stone. It's great to promote being vegan. It's not great to call animal eaters murderers. I assure you you are too.

  • @showmetexas I'm not a vegan. I've been riding the fence for a few years. I just ate a pound of grass fed beef and probably will be eating more meat for a while to put on weight (I lost over 100lbs of fat and am trying to gain muscle and I can't eat much grains and processed foods cause I'll get sick--I need those calories). Once I get to a size I like I'll probably go vegan again to maintain and focus on increasing weight-to-strength ratio.

  • YUM!

  • i love squeezing orange , lemon and lime juice to my salads, yum.

  • Dan you haven't accepted my friends request. I want to send you a video that will change minds.

  • looks so delicious. thanks for sharing!
