Id truly like to see you prepare that in an uncut video in five minutes,start to finish. Doesnt look bad but has a twist on the ingredients for sure compared to the traditional style. Im all for incorporating new things into dishes though,Thumbs up for not putting AUTHENTIC in the title and butchering a recipe.

@txuzotaldea i 2nd that. just made a batch yesterday but ive never used cumin...next time... and i dont use bell pepper. and green onion instead

@ballzindeep yeah don't use the cumin... i never use cumin, it just gives it a arm-pit-ish taste... at least that's my opinion.

I have to admit that's pretty funny. What can I say, I like cumin; but feel free to ignore it... the bell peppers are in there almost exclusively for color BTW... just a way to make it look more festive and give some crunch...
