each race has its own qualities, there is no OP race here in starcraft (for now). voids, infestors, marauders. each race has a unit that makes you grind your teeth. but it is balanced that way :). it just happens that marauders are T1.. :/

Tyler had really bad FFs in this game. that army at the end was very beatable had he properly halved the army with his sentries. Protoss isn't super great in cost efficiency without proper spellcasting, and the forcefield is the gamechanger for tier 1 and 2. oGsMc showed that in the GSL. Used correctly, a shitload of sentries and some blink micro just rapes everything.

You don't have to be a Terran player to understand what KazekanAgiel is talking about. If you are in doubt then maybe you should play a good Terran player and see if gateway units can handle Stim+Shells. Gateway units won't be handle Marauders even with charge+blink.

I don't get why people are so obsessed with 'OP' and 'imba' i mean, this was a straight up tier 1 fight (after the voidrays died, and not even counting for the fact that terran got medivacs) Toss was producing from 3 gates, terran from 5 racks, terran got stim+combat shield+marauder slow, toss didn't get any upgrades. In the last battle the terran had like 20 more supply and better reinforcements

Sometimes whenI play wc3 I press something like ctl+arrow up, and thats a shortcut to turn the volume up. However, when I do it for the first time in a game, it sets the volume to max, but then you can ctrl+down or up after that. It could be like alt+shift or some other function key combo, but thats likely to be the explanation.

I do think Stimpak needs a slight nerf. 50% for both marines AND marauders is just too godly, especially for tier 1 units. Maybe 30% would suffice, or if they took MORE damage, OR medivac heals cost more energy, or they didn't get crazy speed AND crazy fast attack.

ANY mediocre player can make MMM, hit STIM and just A move and beat decent players. Add powerful micro, and you void ANY counters.

I've seen stim micro waste so many T1 protoss army's, I think that's something you absolutely have to learn as terran. Prottos need chargelots or collossus to fight that but that's higher tech

Void rays have two advantages over marines: They fly, and they will easily beat those 3 marines if fully charged. This makes up for the cost discrepancy. When marines fly and do more damage the longer they're engaging a single target, then you can talk.

im a toss player but this game isnt unbalanced like all the bronzers are whining, it was T1 against T1 terran had medivacs out which is a T3 unit and toss had nothing but gateway units, tyler also isnt a very good player, all he can do well is pheonix play, in this game he wasted voids he didnt charge up well, picked poor engagement times, expanded late and didnt tech, he deserved to lose
