It was a two-aircraft mission. Ours had the heavy drop. Once it dropped, we circled around and dropped troops out of both aircraft.

Troop drop was a static line 800' "hollywood" (no equipment) drop. It's posted as Part II here on YouTube.

Yeah, they re-structured the whole division awhile back there is a 325 STB, nice angle on the Heavy man. Old 1-325 AIR here.

325 AIR had 3 infantry battalions. 2BCT has only 2 along with the 325th Special Troops BN and others. Next time you want to open your mouth skyshark425, make sure you know what you're talking about before you show the world what a dumbass you are again.

Just for everyone else's knowledge, skyshark425 has no clue. The 325th was an Airborne Infantry Regiment, but it was converted to simply the 2nd Brigade Combat Team of the 82nd Airborne Division under the Army's Modular Force Conversion concept.
