I was at that game it was a fantastic night it was amazing. the electricity in the air and the way he made that break away save was the topper. he is a great goalie and will kill this year

I think hiller has the best glove hand in the entire NHL. But he gives off to much rebounds, thats his major flaw.

I'm gonna have to disagree with you. During the Sharks and Wings series this year, he played absolutely brilliantly. He gave up very few rebounds during the playoffs and he took the black horse of the western conference to a heart stopping game 7 against arguably the best team in the NHL 08-09.

true but he has the agility to make up for it. Not too mention as last season was ending you could tell he is getting better with his rebound control and positioning.

I agree, his rebound control is getting better but still needs work. As for positioning i just think he has to stay solid, people allways want to shoot high on hiller, so he has to keep watch on that.

oh im sorry i went to a kings ducks game in march and we won four three. i respect the fact that hiller is a good goalie. but i dont respect the fact that everyone talks mad shit about how good the ducks are when the only one that took them to a game seven in the second round of the playoffs is because hiller is good. i wish the kings had hiller but i honestly hate the ducks and the ducks announcers and the ducks fans... sorry

I'm sorry but half a season doesn't prove whos better than who. J.S Giguere is a proven solid goaltender that has won a cup and been to the Stanley Cup Finals twice. Funny how fast fans turn on their goaltender. While Giguere's stats are much worse the win-loss records are not quite that different.

Hiller and Ersberg dueled an awesome game. I was there (season tickets even tho im a kings fan, my family loves the ducks tho). i was just rooting for the goalies, thats what i always do cuz i play goalie haha. Hiller has quickly become one of my favs, i started following his career like a year and a half ago when i first heard of him and was so stoked to see his very first preseason game.
