My problem with this is, that it really doesn't matter what the RULES or INSTRUCTIONS are, you just don't pull out in front or even INTO a 40 car pack that is porbably going 50-60 mph faster than you are. Okay first of all, when your spotter says pack is coming the cars that are three and four wide aren't going to move for you because they expect that you have enough common sense to let them all by. Second have you ever thought that 43 cars that are all within half a second of each other have to pull out sometimes to avoid others checking up to not bump draft in the turns. if they all went high they would have caused a bigger one.
