@tubesteakdynamo you have a great therory, but NO Allentown engine carries 2,ooo gallons. At most 1,ooo; so try taking 8,ooo lbs of water and the truck weighs about 17,ooo. So 17,ooo+8,ooo = 25,ooolbs. Not quite 48,ooolbs. But I do agree with you, SAFTEY should still be most important!

I got a request.Please. Can you give me a list of the engines, trucks/ladders, medics and battalions and their locations? The city's website only gives the station names. I make GOOGLE EARTH fire staion placemarks that are fairly elaborate for cities all over the country and some other english speaking countries as well and I would like to add A-Town to the list. I would be most appreciative. Thanks.
