@AtumGraphics I'm a bit confused on this. Why would an anti-pirating act affect artwork? Downloading/viewing art isn't piracy. I suppose your angle is that ACTA would severely decrease internet traffic, as people would be reluctant to browse the net knowing they're being watched? Or is it that the actual web sites that you'd design for would be shut down? I guess I'm still fuzzy on all of this. Why are people saying it will "shut down" the entire internet?

It means that pretty much everything you do on the internet will be monitored.

Stopping illegal material is great and all.... But what's stopping it from being abused? Nothing. It will be abused just like every other technology ever created.
