  • mashallah

  • Thanks so much.....Allah razi olsun.

  • Masya-Allah...Very beautiful Quran recitation...Last 2007 I was in Blue Mosque...Insya-Allah this year I want to be in Suleymaniye Mosque..

  • Not that it matters, but the website you site never claims Mimar was Armenian. In fact, it doesn't say what he was, period. It says his father was orthodox. Actually wikipedia doesn't even use the word 'Armenian' ...AT ALL. So I don't know what you're getting at.

But even if he was Armenian, more power to him. Armenians made amazing Muslims. And at some point the fathers of ALL Turks, for that matter all Muslims were worshipping something else!

Allah sonsuza kadar Osmanlı miras korumak.

  • Masallah !

  • Long life on ISLAM

    Long life on TURKS

  • Sinan was a Muslim. He was a Sufi. His teachers were Spiritual Masters.

Sinan obtained immense training and endured immense hardships into attaining his qualifications.

May God fill his resting place with light and enoble him with the gift of paradise

    insha Allah ta'ala

  • YOU IDIOT.. his father was a Greek.

But Sinan was one of the most devout Muslims in Islamic history.

    GET OUT.

  • Fuck you armenian mongrel.. sick of your all shits. get the fuck out stupid armenian dog

  • Wow!

  • Sinan was born a Christian in Anatolia in a small town called Ağırnas near the city of Kayseri, either of Greek[4][5][6] or Armenian[7][8][9] origin. In 1512, he was conscripted into Ottoman service via the Devşirme system

  • Mashaallah, it is so beautiful, Can anyone tell me who is the Qari?

  • The breathtaking accoustic of this mosquee is due to Sinan, an architect who was armenian origin and who took his knowldegde from Armenian Architecture.

As some persons will pretend that Sinan was not armenian ... negationists are a lot existing .. for sure, Sinan was a Christian and a janissaire ...

So Mosquee accoustic should be considered as an extension of Armenian Churches 's accoustic.

  • What are you talking about? Do not be jealous for everything. Sinan the Great was a Turk. Actually he was an Ottoman more than a Turk. He got his education in Ottoman Enderun schools. That means the culture he is coming from is belong to Ottoman.

  • Dear Mr Berdjum.

    You Think Sinan was aremenian.

    I think you are crazy.

Donal Duck is an Armenian but Sinan is a great Turk you now.

    Why you dont like Turks?

You cant live even in the History.

    Welcome to the 21 Cementry.

  • You are an ignarant .. make some research .. by the way ..go on google even you may find ti that Sinan was a janissaire so a none -muslim and from armen ian orgine .. of course ... this truth is a bit difficult to damit !

  • please,wake up,Mimar Sinan of course A big Turk and don't bable...

  • Sinan was born a Christian in Anatolia in a small town called Ağırnas near the city of Kayseri, either of Greek[4][5][6] or Armenian[7][8][9] origin. In 1512, he was conscripted into Ottoman service via the Devşirme system.. this is from WIKIPEDIA .. and thanks for your insult ... more someone is ignorant, more he is needs to insult or she ...

  • Bill Gates, Michael Jackson, Gandhi, Madonna, Ronald Reagan, Hitler, Castro... all the great people in history were Armenian, eh Berdjum?

  • go on wikipedia ! first and then insult yourself !

  • Beautiful mosque . where is is located? which country?

  • istanbul,....turkey,..:)

  • Why do they have to amplify the Ezan to ear-splitting levels?

It would seem the acoustics are good enough!

How can anybody feel like praying after a sonic assault like that?

  • Good point.they must take out the speakers.Becoz some mosques have great acustic

  • Especially, Suleymaniye mosque is well known with its great acoustic, soot room (The mosque had a natural air condition system that was gathering the soot coming from candles at that time and bringing them to the gate of the soot room's vans. The soot room was vacuuming and the cold air in the room was transforming soot to high quality ink.) and its perfect balance which can stand biggest earthquakes.

  • masallah negüzel mis süleymaniye camisi
