Skyrim's music and world just isn't as nostalgic or grand and overwhelming as Oblivion's. Sure it's "epic-er", but you don't get the feeling of being so small and un-important .

@zazakazam that'd be improbable, but probably in a very distant future. Releasing new content too fast would burn the gamers too fast and the serie would die, that's why they won't be releasing a multiplayer mod until a long time as well.

@TheRealViVicyde i totally agree i feel skyrim is missing something oblivion had. yes the main story is more interesting then oblivion with the dragons and stuff. but the awsome music seems to be not as awsome and the scenery gets boring after awhile with just snow mountains and trees, most people call me crazy but that is what i think. i prefer oblivion to skyrim

@LulzAreGud I'm not american so don't bother for my english....(my english is not good but the best I can do for now). You want know the difference between a R.p.g and skyrim ?. First ...in morrowind does not exist fast travel (that make realistic and more difficult), morrowind was more interactive world, more guild to join. In Skyrim all it's esay just action don't see the differnce between morrowind and skyirim ?? how can it possible.

hey, gotta question - I have a laptop, Asus m50v with Intel Core 2 duo 2.0 Ghz, 3 Gb DDR2 RAM, And GeFore 9300M GS graphics with 512mb. Would it handle Oblivion? Not necesseraly on the highest level of details
