Ive never heard of a tank having that role. I know that EOD doesnt ride around in tanks. Plus, if they knew what they were doing the guy filming it wouldn't be that close to an expected explosion. The Common stand off distance was 300 meters when I was over in Iraq and Afghanistan. It sounds fishy to me
