Maybe you should write your good buddy "Gizzy" and straighten him out, after all he's only been doing this for about four decades. He stood up for the solo at 0:43 and sat down at 2:00. He sat for the soli section, nothing odd about that, nor about staying seated for the little riff at the end since the piece wasn't a trumpet-only solo feature.

Any other advice for him?
