so im seriously thinking about getting these speakers, i just wanted to know how do they perform with bass? do they need a subwoofer? if so, does anyone have any recommendations for subwoofers that work well with the a5's?

@Arthor32 you should get the a5+ I'm getting those cause i hear these over heat badly and if you turn them up to loud they go silent but the a5+ fix that and i will get their refurbished sub for 300

There is far more to quality sound than just the enclosure (although a good enclosure will "help" to reduce distortion) a low distortion isn't the only aspect of quality audio.
