I like how light they are and they are made from used glowsticks so there is not much change, though the weight is unevenly distributed. I love when the 3rd stick comes out, props indeed.

Yeah they're six. Lately I don't practice as much as I used to since I recently moved into college, but it really always differs from day to day. Sometimes, but rarely, hours and hours and hours, others, 5 minutes. it all depends on what i feel like doing. All that matters is that you have motivation to keep going =].
