I like it, but prefer the new mercedes slk more, even though it is slower, and costs more. It has a sense of elegance and luxury that the z4 doesn't. But the c class coupe is cheaper than both of them, more practical, but it's not a convertible. But that is just my opinion..

I got one.... this is a funny, really funny car... you can drive relaxing, you can drive very quick, you can hear your favorite song or the superb sound of 6 cilinders... you ca use in summer as in winter... really fantastic car!!!

I don't like the design of the new Mercedes SLK. I like the BMW Z4 so much better. and it is cheaper than the Mercedes with the same and/or more power than it.

Sorry Parnol, this car is built in Germany from end of last year. I've just taken one (only a 23i) and love it. I drove the 35i last year which is a weapon no doubt but a lot more money. I've only covered 100 miles but it drives superbly, sounds amazing (it really does even though only smallest engine) and goes far better than I thought. This video is basically bang on. Only gripe I had is I wished I'd waited for m sport model but just couldn't! Thanks for posting review, very fair opinion.

The price hike is also due to the fact that it's being produced in Germany now, unlike the old car. :)

sadly im afraid it isnt built in germany, it is still built in california, I have just taken delivery of one 3 weeks ago. Its built in california, shipped to germany for quality control and testing then shipped to its appropriate country

I love this car, BUT it's expensive as hell! :-o For 60k+ (with SOME options), I'd rather get a 3-year old Aston v8 Vantage!

I plan on this as my next car purchase sometime next year. I test drove it today and I love it. I currently own a tuned 335i coupe and I will definitely be tuning this monster. The 7-speed DCT is definitely worth it!

Dont' doubt, it's true. I have the N54 engine in my 335i and I get 30-32mpg cruising 80mph in 6th on the highway. It's really amazing.
