You need to use bot condoms and circumcision. Don't just restrict fighting AIDS to one single strategy. Circumcision does have some effect, combined with condoms and safe sex campaigns this is the obvious way to go. Oh and the notion that circumcision lowers sexual enjoyment is a myth and not supported by any studies except the ones imagines by the obsessive anti-circers, who need to get a life.
