Of course there are bad people from all races - the issue is that Blacks commit something like 17 times more crime, you are more at risk of rape and murder by blacks. The overall statistics paint a pretty grim picture.

now that race population is pretty much equal, the crimes commited are equal..back when the states were prodominately white, when blacks would commit crimes it was easily noticed because there was not many at the time...when realistically just as many whites were commiting those same crimes but its hard to notice in such a large population
