@downonbarbe i'm not bias towards kobe or the lakers in any way, but you got to be joking me. lakers did terribly after shaq left and kobe brought out the potential in the players around him. at one point in time he said he wanted to leave because the franchise wasn't making serious steps. not just that, but almost every nba analyst, player, coach, gm, etc. have praised and acknowledged his leadership abilities...so your argument pales in comparison to theirs. plus, the big 3 had "gasol's" too.
