The roman heavy gear had disadvantages,they were slower than germanics,more predictable,and with a lesser shock capability,germans often fought romans in forests avoiding the open fields,where they had the advantage,roman formations collapsed naturally,due to the many obstacles,and in a individual fight the short gladium was no match for the longer germanic swords and axes.

@StellandBlood All in all, maybe western Europe has a slighty superiority in Naval warfare, however, the Germanics are somewhat better in Army and Air Force affairs.
The initial point was talking about the physical ability of Germanics and Western Europeans. You claimed a superiority of the last in that point, but the opposite is true. In Sports, the celtoromanic nations only are somewhat better in soccer, fencing and bicycling. In most other sports, Germanics are the better ones.

Well, but which men built these societies? Men of the same race, which scores worse on IQ tests than people from the Northern or East Asian countries!

Italians score first in the south indeed. There is a huge gap between Padania (especially Lombardy), which scores very high on IQ tests and the Mezzogiorno, in which the IQ falls down to Muslim level.
