@julianh100 Kontakt 5 or the player, themselves, can be opened as a VST instrument themselves within your DAW. For example, I use it with FL Studio.

First off, your music is awesome. With that out of the way I have a question for you, is it possible for me play evolve mutations 1 or 2 on something like the korg nanopad? I really cannot afford a nice midi keyboard controller, can I assign evolve to CC pads? Thanks, I am very new at this, I am just a drummer lol.

No, it only works with Kontakt 4.1.0 - there is no version for Kotankt 2

I just got Kontact 4 freedownload and Kore 2 freedownload from the site.. Can I use the old Kontact 3 library with those? To be sure= i simply dragged the kontact library from my schools computer onto my external harddrive

@mabrecordings I know what you mean. From looking at this video, I can tell almost exactly how to do these sounds and modifications with the provided plugins in FL ... aside from the bit crusher I think.

While I fully agree with FSK's sentiments, this program is only $119. I'm not sure what the $800 is in reference to. The full Komplete library is only $500.

I don't think it's so much aimed at replacing a full blown composer the way Torley hints in the opening, but another tool in your palette. Though yes, if one relied on it, everything would (and does) sound the same.

Yay! I picked this up the day it came out. The only thing I'm disappointed in is that it doesn't seem to give you access to the individual sounds within each loop. :/ Generally a good buy though, I think. I'm a huge fan of the Guitar Harmonic samples
