sherwin williams violates employees rights and is a horrible co to work for ,they violate the equal pay act and the accounting dept has cheated employees out of hundreds of millions of dollars ,they hire college kids to become interns and violate the equal pay act by paying the kids more then the employees that have been around for years , that,s discrimination! and the college kids have not even graduated or recieved there diplomas!
