Well John Paddy Prick, its a pity that you obviously dont know your arse from a fucking hole in the ground about good musicians and guitarists. You are seemingly part of the toxic collection of Irish trad idiots who thinks that their Shit comes out in plastic bags. You are not fit to wipe Mick Galvins arse.Irish Trad followers=pure poison.Stick with Labhras and his small minded friends.
Interesting comments, Mike Galvin and that blue guitar should be banned from trying to accompany irish music. I have witnessed him kill off some really great music.
He killed De Dannon in Abbeyfeale concert, I watched him murder Damien Mullane's music at a session in Dingle. At a concert in the Malton, in Killarney, he tried to destroy Donal Murphy's accordion playijng but the Poalo Soprani prevailed. Please Michael, learn to play an instrument, or go to Steve Cooney and he will advise you.
She's a phenomenal musician but the guitarist, though competent usually, missed the complex timing in he Hungarian tunes. The guitar is also too booming loud. It's too bad. The fiddle should have been unaccompanied here. He's much better on the Jenny's Chickens.
for all you know he might have admitted his lack of understanding of the tune, and she asked him to play along anyway.
