  • baseball staduims are terrible

    the people are so bored

  • Exterior shots and Ariel shots were filmed in Cleveland Municipal Stadium while the filming of games were shot at Milwaukee County Stadium. Like someone has already said, the scoreboard shows Milwaukee TV station WTMJ-TV and during an interview I believe before the final game, the interviewer is a person that is from the station WTMJ. Also, Bob Uecker makes a cameo as the Indians radio announcer although he is really the announcer for the Milwaukee Brewers which is where the film was filmed.

  • @glbgarfield Wrong the makers of the film made it look that way but it was filmed at County Stadium in Milwaukee. If you watch the movie again you will see TMJ 4 on the scoreboard which is a Milwaukee TV station not to mention an add for the old 94.5 WKTI.

  • Great ballpark.

  • they filmed the movie in both parks.

  • Parts of " Major League" were filmed at Hi Corbett Field in Tucson AZ.

Check it out by Googling the question.

  • They should have opened the roof slightly, so the game would have been... wait for it... juuuust a bit outside!

  • It's too bad Bob Uecker was traveling with the Brewers because he should've been calling that game.

  • it looks fucking cold

  • @glbgarfield Idiot , major league was filmed at county stadium, hell if you look at the scoreboard it even says "wtmj4" which is a one of our (I live near Milwaukee) local tv stations. The scoreboard is also the county stadium scoreboard. The press box is the county stadium press box. County stadium is where I went to my first game. EVEN WIKIPEDIA CONCURS. The film might have been set at Cleveland's municipal stadium, but they didnt film it there. Idiot

  • I was at this game and even though the Brewers did not play, this had to be one of the most exciting games I had ever went to. Sitting two rows behind Michael Redd was pretty sweet too.

  • some of one of the movies was filmed at camden yards im like 99 percent sure of that

  • well they have to play this song if they're sending borowski in.

  • They shot the movie "Major League" at Milwaukee County Stadium, so it seems oddly appropriate that the Indians should play a home game there.

  • ...well, in Milwaukee, anyway. Miller Park, but it wasn't 1989 anymore, now was it?

  • GO Indians GO!!!

    by Fan fron Italy! :D

  • Haha this is pretty cool

  • miller park is aaamazing

  • i was here them playin that song was awesome i also loved the waves

  • Indians had to play in Miller Park because of an April snow storm in Cleveland. Not a dusting, we're talking a really dumping of snow.

  • That's funny as hell man. They play a song for an opposing pitcher.

  • Those games were loads of fun.

  • Lol well no duh there playing this song. Major League was filmed in Milwaukee. Not in Miller Park, but their old stadium. County Stadium I believe its called.

  • haha you can have cc, hes a fat bum. he chokes in the playoffs every year

  • ha wrong version of wild thing. the correct one was by the band x

  • It's the original version and in my opinion a better one.

  • we let u play in miller park n we get C.C. fair trade.

  • lol i agree

  • Go Tribe! Go CC! hope he gets Cy Young along with Cliff Lee. That would be awesome!

  • I think I speak for all Brewers fans when I say, thanks for CC, without him, we wouldn't be in the Playoffs.

  • wooooot brewers rule!!!

  • wow you guys got to sit in the outfield pavillion? lucky bastards...i've been to at least 30 brewers games, all in the nosebleed seats lol

  • marlins gogogogogogog...suck yenkees

  • har-ry doy-le

    hahaha

  • major leauge was fimled in county stadium which used to be the old brewers stadium

  • go indians from italy!

  • in italia non riuscirebbero a fare uno spettacolo cosi.allo stadio farebbero solo a botte.invidio gli USA per questi spettacoli che si regalano

  • Yeah I want to hear my team promoted to the Song Sweet Caroline, a song written about a young underage girl that Neil Diamond wanted to have when he was, like what, in his 30's? Sure, let's keep promoting how good that song is to our kids.

  • BOOOOOOO

  • this was an angels-indians game that was moved from cleveland to the indoor miller park because of snow, so the song sort of fit the situation, don't ya think?

  • Too well.

    Lol.

    Where's Charlie Sheen?

  • right now? Snorting lines of blow off a hookers butt cheek I think...

  • yeah man

  • That was the '86 Mets...

  • no, soccer sucks. howya like them apples.

  • at what point does this drum thing become an obligation? And I've seen a few videos and he doesn't seem to like to be filmed.

Wonder if he's ever been told out of town "uh no sir you can't bring a drum into the stadium"?

  • No, trav4217. If you've ever seen Major League then you'd know why they played it.

  • wow is this a attempt to be like the red sox with sweet caroline cause that was terrible

  • lol, Red Sox fans. Can't take their heads out of their butts to notice baseball outside their overrated city. No worries. RED SOX WILL BE BACK ON TOP IN 2090 OR SO!!!!

  • why do the Red Sox play Sweet Caroline? Neil Diamond is from BROOKLYN

  • This version is performed by The Troggs =D

  • anyone know who does this version of wild thing?

  • First off everyone can play Wild Thing on a guitar, and second the Brewers are the best team and most improved because of the MVP Prince Fielder.

  • i can play wild thing on my guitar

  • also, was major league filmed at county stadium?, it was Mr.3000 in the new stadium (starring Berny Mac) idk if Major League was

  • Ironically, the film Major League was filmmed in Milwaukee's old County Stadium.

  • Go Milwaukee Indians

  • it's cleveland indians in miller park, this is the CURRENT stadium...-_-
