Funny how the ad starts by trying to show off how proud it is for its shape. It's looks even more boring than a Corolla.

But I don't care. I care if it's a good car. Also, I *really* wish it wasn't a sedan. A station wagon or hatchback allows me do bring things like a large stroller *AND* groceries.

Sedans are stupid and unpractical for any family with kids. And NO I will NOT drive a van, EVER. And *NO* I will NOT drive an SUV EVER !

I got to ride in this car at the Auto Show, it's got loads of power! 0-60 in 8 seconds, and it's electric only top speed is 95mph. It borrowed its body from a Corolla though.

This thing needs some marketing work before anybody will want to buy it in the western world. BYD F3DM looks more a license plate than a car name, and the video uses enough acronyms and jargon to sound like a spelling test. It looks like quite a nice car though. I certainly prefer the conservative design over the ugly silly toy looking designs that other electric car manufacturers seem to favour.
