I'd rather hear you sing as yourself, in your own style with your own interpretations.
Also, look at Liza Sobel, a younger soprano with talent. She also sang Summertime, which is how I found you.

All of her imitations were wonderful, but the JANE POWELL one!!! WOW!! "When You're In Love" is from Seven Brides for Seven Brothers-my favorite musical! Excellent job!

Such a beautiful pure voice,I'm sure if they had movie musicals like they did in the 40's and 50's now,she would be leading that revival :) It's a pity that a someone like her with her wonderful voice is not more well known,thank you Laura for brightening my life with your singing

your voice Laura is crazy, no need to be nervous, ever. On your Whitney you have to sing much lower b/c your voice is so high and pure. But ure amazing, that voice is flaw-less.what kind of training have you had, you can make millions with your voice.

This globe is literally bursting at the seams with equally great talents (both vocalists and instrumentalists) as she is - meaning: technically flawless and proficient musicians, who are naturals as well - who are competing for the same exact opportunity...
