Yes its a 12 valve.

The strange sound comes from the fact that the last half of the pipe is 3" and there's only a tiny 3" silencer (not my doing) The video doesn't make it obvious, but its REALLY loud.
The wheels are some quite uncommon Momo Star "fake splits".
