@paulmc8623 It could have been so great, but in the end where you could make a battle team where you pick 3 out of 7 pissed me off.

If you could have all 7 in at once it would have been the best game ever.

I would say rent it in a weekend where you got nothing else planned

@paulmc8623 i liked ff13 because the characters all had an interesting story and the game really devolops them well. also the battle system was made bad by the auto battle option. the one thing that bugged me about the game was not having a prelude or a victory fanfare. i dunno what was up with that but whatever, even with them missing the game is a, to say the least good addition but in my opionion, its not the worthy successor to ff12. yes i like ff12 too.i got no idea why ppl hate 12 so much

anyone know how big this game will be when it comes to the map? I think FFXI map or world was kind of too big. I mean it takes way too long to travel from point A to point B. Even with chocobo takes decent amount of time. Also, FFXI was difficult to play solo when one cannot find party.

This is BS, why do Squaresoft make PS3 users suffer soo much with letting pc players getting the game first? Sony Playstation is what final fantasy sells best on....Pc users will still be stuck on Starcraft 2 when this game comes out anyway.....

For people that don't know this is going too be an MMO for both the PC and PS3

that means there is no offline and there will be a monthly cost too play

the current pricing system is 12.99 a month plus another 2.99 a month for each additional character you want.

I absolutely cannot wait for this game and have the special edition pre-ordered for my PC, September 22nd can't come soon enough

In order to connect your ps3 to Internet, you either need to connect via a wi-fi connection (If you have wi-fi) or via an adsl connection, In Which case you will need an adsl cable and an adsl port to plug it in. You can find all the network options in your settings in the main menu.

how do people not get this yet, final fantasy 11 was completely online and one of the best FF storyline wise. 14 is the same, completely online and full of awesome plot with new storylines, content, jobs, etc in each expansion.

The vocalist sounds exactly like the one that sings Leliana's Song in Dragon Age Origins. In my opinion, this game reminds me a little too much of the Dragon Age series, it looks pretty medieval, there's a huge dragon that kills everything, "War Rages On" or whatever, "A gods-decreed sacrifice," there is nothing in that trailer that makes me think it's actually original. Nevertheless I do want this game, I've played every FF game so far other than XI, V, and the CC series.

I understand putting in an avatar system so you don't look the same as everyone else online, but really, different races to choose from, a "Party Camp," type thing, really, it's just too much. I'm not entirely convinced that this is worth a buy if you're already getting Dragon Age 2 Destiny, they even come out in the same month, so I'm gonna DL the PC version first and see if it's worth it.

@BadassComms i think because the are still retooling with the game and fixing bugs plus adding the voices (that on its own is like 6 months) and when the game comes over seas it will take like 1-2 months to translate and voice over the japenese voices meaning something like 8-9 months with these conditions. but yah i wish the game were here but we will have to be patant and wait.
