Yeah, it's a Spinergy Rev-X. You can often get a used pair for about $350, as they're not made anymore and are dangerous as all hell. Just do a Google search and start learning why you don't want one. If you want something fancy on your bike, get a Hed3 or an Aerospoke, although they're overdone and pointless.
